I am excited to share with you Chiropractic and all it has to offer. In a world surrounded by sickness, I believe we have two choices. We can either sit back and leave our health up to chance or we can be healthy by choice! Here at Inside Out Chiropractic, we choose health! I take an advanced structural approach to Chiropractic using the Gonstead Technique which is a specific, precise technique that focuses on correcting the structure of the spine to not only help to alleviate symptoms, but to correct the underlying cause of the problem.
